Personal Information

• Brad is a Kansas City native living North of the river most of his life.  He attended High School at Pembroke Hill and attended College at K-State. Where then he moved back to Kansas City to become a full time carpenter and builder for many years before following his dad's footsteps in becoming a Real Estate Professional at RE/MAX.
• Brad has 1 daughter Taylor who is a Honor Roll student at Smithville Schools.  She loves cheerleading for the Northland Longhorns and loves playing softball and fishing in the summer.
• Brad's hobbies are raising and riding horses at his small 10 acre ranch in Smithville.  Currently has 2 horses and goes on riding trips when he can. Also enjoys the outdoors and is a member of Quail and Ducks unlimited and is active in the local chapters.
• Also loves his 2 dogs Princess, and George.  Don't forget the newest addition to our family  Butterscotch the cat.

• Northview Place is a charming Northland subdivision that is built with a lifestyle in mind.  Homes ranging in the low 300's and ranging as high as 500,000.  Features a community pool, walking trails, and a private access to Northview Elementary school.
• Amber Lakes is also a very large and diverse community with lots of amenities and low hoa fees.  Homes range in the mid 200's and for the second year in a row the most booming subdivision North of the river.  Integrity Homebuilders and Baldwin Properties are the preferred builders in the community.
• Staley Meadows is a affordable subdivision featuring both single family and multi family homes.  Walking distance to schools and a short drive to Staley High school. Great highway access to 152 completes this community
• Barry Ridge is a town home community that features  maintenance free townhomes in the mid 100's.
• Northview Meadows is our newest community.  It has some of the best lots in the Staley High School District.  Trees, Greenways.  Homes priced in the low 300's
